Your AI fluency plan lives on your machine, not on someone's platform.
A bespoke, self-hosted, self-tracked training plan: structured on the four AI fluency competencies, run on the sprint-and-measure discipline used in AltNexus programme delivery, and owned entirely by you. One HTML file. No account, no subscription, no telemetry.
Sources: TD AI Insights Report 2026 (Ipsos, n=2,501); DataCamp State of Data & AI Literacy 2026 (n=500+ enterprise leaders). Measured survey results from the named studies.
Own it. Work it. Prove it.
A file, not a platform
The plan is a single file on your machine. No login, no renewal, no vendor reading your progress. Zero network requests; completion state lives in your browser, exportable as JSON whenever you want a record.
Sprints, measures, a gate
Six sprints on Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence. A pace counter that tells you the weekly hours your gate date now requires, and a measures table reviewed weekly, because feelings do not pass gates.
Evidence, not attendance
Nearly every session produces a dated artefact: your task inventory, your quality rubric, your one-page AI use policy, one real deliverable shipped. By the gate you hold evidence of fluency, not a certificate of attendance.
Four steps, no installation
- Download the file from GitHub and open it in any browser. That is the whole install.
- Set your plan name, objective sentence, and gate date in the built-in setup panel. No code involved.
- Work the sessions and tick them off; the counters keep your pace honest against the gate.
- Close with the evidence sprint: re-assess against your baseline, export your record, plan the next cycle.

Why not a course subscription?
Courses sell content; this sells structure and evidence. You bring the sources; the plan brings cadence, measures, and a gate. And it is yours: no renewal, no platform, no telemetry, at a fraction of a subscription year.
Is my progress really private?
The plan file makes zero network requests. Progress is stored in your browser and exportable as JSON. Read the source; it is one file.
