Request a fixed-price proposal

Eight questions and three minutes. You receive a written proposal with three costed options within two business days.

Two of these questions are harder than the rest: what the gap costs you now, and what would have to be different in ninety days. We ask because we price against the problem, not against hours, and a fee is only defensible next to a number you own. Your own estimate is what matters. If you would rather describe it than cost it, describe it.

"Not sure yet" is a real answer. If you have a problem and no product in mind, say so and we will scope it. Select a format.
A month or specific dates. Tell us roughly when.
  Select a location.
The two that matter
Think about the last twelve months: decisions that took longer than they should have, work redone because nobody could evaluate an AI output, capability you have paid for and are not using, or risk you are carrying because nobody owns the AI question.

A rough annual figure is more useful than a precise one. If you would rather describe it than cost it, describe it.

This one is required. A description is fine if you would rather not put a figure on it.
In your words. This becomes the outcome statement the proposal is written against. This one is required. It is what the proposal gets written against.
Anything else
Procurement vehicle, Official Languages, accessibility, security screening, existing supplier arrangements.
Never used to set the price. It only decides which of the three options we mark as recommended.

We reply within two business days. If anything is unclear we will email one question rather than book a meeting.
